Urbino
The Ducal palazzo Urbino

Furlo Gorge
The Furlo gorge
•          the Furlo Gorge and stunning Frassassi caves with Roman/Etruscan excavations
•          Gradara and San Marino, two spectacular mediaeval castles and walled cities affording spectacular views out to sea and inland. These two locations also form the eastern boundary of the WW2 "Gothic line". Tourist info: www.sanmarinoonline.com
